Why we use it
Exlabesa is a Spanish extruder operating across Europe, the Americas and Oceania. Its entire window and door catalogue carries a polyamide thermal break, organised into two families: the ARS casement range, from the cost-optimised ARS-62 to the Passivhaus-certified ARS-82, and the sliding systems, from the general-purpose IT-205 to the minimal-frame CRS-140, which moves 500 kg sashes. We specify it where a project needs European thermal and acoustic performance or very slim sightlines.
Key features
- Polyamide thermal break across the whole catalogue
- The ARS-82 reaches Uw 0.73 W/m²K with Passivhaus certification
- Acoustic insulation up to 45 dB across the ARS range
- The CRS-140 moves sashes up to 500 kg and 4000 × 4000 mm
- Concealed-sash and minimal-frame options
