We fabricate on our own equipment
Our plant combines CNC cutting, machining centres, a uPVC welding line and our own lifting equipment. That lets us hold site schedules without depending on third parties.
Tempering furnace
Converts annealed glass into tempered safety glass with a uniform finish.
Glass washing line
Washes and dries glass before insulating so the seal takes properly.
Automatic cutting table
Precision cutting across glass thicknesses and shapes.
Edging machine
Leaves a polished, square edge before tempering.
Insulating glass line
Assembly of double-glazed units with controlled perimeter sealing.
CNC machining centre
Aluminium profile machining with batch repeatability.
Twin-head cutting saw
Mitre cutting of profiles to a controlled tolerance.
